1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders across India.

2. Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum order quantity is 2 packets per order.

3. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
If there are any delays due to availability or logistics, our team will inform you promptly.

4. Shipping Duration
Within Karnataka & nearby states: 3 to 5 business days
Rest of India: 5 to 10 business days

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location.
Charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

6. Packaging
All products are securely packed in standard bulk packaging to ensure freshness and avoid damage during transit.

7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email / SMS / WhatsApp (if available).

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take utmost care in packing and shipping. However,
– If your order is damaged on delivery, please inform us immediately with clear pictures.
– For a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the logistics partner and keep you updated.
